will be taken off of hold

Final guest count due at least 24 hours prior to RTS (ready to serve) time

Final payment is based on final confirmed count and is due (unless other arrangements have been made with catering director) on the final day of catering before we leave the site

Any confirmation not cancelled 24 hours prior to confirmed RTS (ready to serve) will be subject to a cancellation fee
